Andrew has specialised in permanent Health Care recruitment since 2010 and gains a real sense of satisfaction from placing great people into positions where they are going to be happy (long-term), but also where they are going to make a significant contribution to the success of their new employer.
When not at work, Andrew loves spending time with his family and friends. He is married with two young children, a dog, two cats and some fish.
James Truswell - Director
James has been recruiting within the healthcare sector since 2011, and has been specialising within primary care since 2013.
James approaches general practice recruitment in a professional manner, twinned with a sense of humour.
He has an unrivalled knowledge of recruiting on a permanent basis within primary care. In his spare time, James enjoys running, watching football & the cinema.
Patrick Flowers - Consultant
Patrick joined the company in 2016 in an admin capacity; after learning about the business and sector, from a back-office perspective, he transferred to the role of consultant in early 2018. His background, routed in organisation and process, has meant that he is, by nature, a very methodical, detailed and thorough consultant. Patrick works on the Allied Health division recruiting ANPs, Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Pharmacist and ECPs. He strongly believes that in the present climate, in order to be successful, GP Surgeries must adopt an approach centred around a diverse clinical team.
In his spare time, Patrick enjoys playing football, the occasional game of golf, playing his guitar and eating fish and chips.
Richard Westcott - Consultant (GPs)
Richard has worked in permanent healthcare recruitment since 2013 having previously worked in commercial insurance for 12 years. He really enjoys working in a profession that changes peoples lives and adds value to the surgeries he recruits for.
Outside of work Richard loves spending time with his family and friends. He is married with two young daughters and a dog.
David Murphy - Consultant (GPs)
David studied Music at undergraduate level and completed an MA scholarship in 2017.
Following this, David worked in the Hospitality industry; taking on a supervisory position in a fast-paced, city centre location in Leeds.
David joined the team in early 2018 and focuses on the recruitment of GPs.
David lives in Leeds with his girlfriend and their cat. In his spare time David plays the guitar (he has done so for 15 years). He is also a keen cyclist and enjoys travelling.
Victoria Ashton - Consultant
Victoria joined the company in 2018 and specialises in the permanent recruitment of General Practitioners. In addition to her 15 years in the financial sector, as a mature humanities graduate from the University of Huddersfield, Victoria brings a wealth of life experience and skills to the role. With a passion for helping people, she enjoys working in a profession and sector that makes a real difference.
Aside from enjoying family time with her husband and three children, in her spare time, Victoria volunteers at Stank Hall Barn; a historical site near her home, and loves holidaying in Turkey.
Jason Lloyd - Consultant
Harriet Brown - Office Manager
Harriet started working at Menlo Park in April 2018, coming from a 14 year career working in the finance department of a debt charity. She joins Menlo Park in the Office Manager role.
In her spare time, Harriet enjoys listening to music, reading crime novels and spending time with her family, husband and 2 cats.
Suzanne Hurry - Administrator
Suzanne joined the Menlo Park in 2018; adding extra resource to the administration team. Her work forms a vital bridge between our admin/marketing function and the work of our consultants. Suzanne spent many years with a well-known, high-street retailer; gaining multiple skills relevant to the recruitment sector.
Outside of work, Suzanne enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Suzanne is married, with two young children.
