You know you’re capable of great things, you just need the right company to realise your potential. Menlo Park can provide you with a platform to achieve brilliance; don’t do recruitment hard… do it the bright way and become a leading light at Menlo.
The exciting thing about recruitment is that it’s open to people from a wide range of backgrounds; we (the Directors) started out in the Museum and Journalism industries, respectively… Like most things in life, you’ll do well if you have the right attitude!
We provide the following benefits designed to look after your health and wellbeing:
Listen first hand from members of the Menlo Park team about what it’s like to work for us and learn about how Menlo Park has evolved since 2015.
Menlo Park was completely self-funded, so our beginnings were humble to say the least. In the early days it was simply a case of outworking the competition, it was tough, but it was also fun and exciting.
We grew when we needed to, adding people when workload dictated it. As we developed, we were able to add an infrastructure (bit by bit) designed to make our process as smart and efficient as possible. We ‘take the shackles off’ and give our people the freedom to shine.
Menlo Park is where Thomas Edison invented the lightbulb, an invention of incredible utility and symbolism; ideas, illumination, inventiveness.
We’re not reinventing recruitment, rather, we’re shining a light over the people and situations we encounter, bringing warmth, perceptiveness and a spark to the recruitment journey.
Being busy does not always mean real work. The object of all work is production or accomplishment and to either of these ends there must be forethought, system, planning, intelligence and honest purpose, as well as perspiration.
