Menlo Park was completely self-funded, so our beginnings were humble to say the least. In the early days it was simply a case of outworking the competition, it was tough, but it was also fun and exciting.
We grew when we needed to, adding people when workload dictated it. As we developed, we were able to add an infrastructure (bit by bit) designed to make our process as smart and efficient as possible. We ‘take the shackles off’ and give our people the freedom to shine.
