The Opportunity

We are working with a digital health company who are working to bridge gaps in care and are seeking to recruit a VP of Client Operations for their team.

The Role

Within this role, you will direct our customer facing team, responsible for the onboarding to growth of the company’s clients and strengthening the success of the clients. As a VP of Client Operations, you will assist to scale the company’s operational effectiveness also, along with:

  • Creating and overseeing onboarding projects, developing scalability into the process.
  • Ensure all client deliverables, SLA’s and commitments are met, reliably delivering value to the clients, and acting as an activist for our clients
  • Create and develop an efficacious team, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities, nurturing and growing existing team members as well as hiring new talent
  • Be a cross functional leader, assisting with Sales, product features, Marketing alongside increasing team productivity
  • Advise the leadership team regarding the sales process, direction, and business models, presenting data based on client experience and be an expert in the system

The Candidate

You will bring experience leading and managing teams as well as capability of analysing and presenting data. You will also have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 8+ years work experience is required.
  • Prior experience in an enterprise client facing role is required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Solid leadership skills including capacity to unite and inspire team members.
  • Determination and competence at developing ‘trusted advisor’ status with customers and internal staff.

Salary – $150,000
