We are partnering with an established HealthTech company based in New York City who are looking to make a key strategic hire for the business development team. The company specialise in improving consumer access to mental and chronic care by providing a self-care digital health platform.

The person we are looking for will have a mix of experience across healthcare, technology and business development.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

  • Continuously working to develop commercial strategies.
  • Analyzing and adjusting commercial strategies based on data.
  • Maintaining competitive market intelligence to guide pricing strategies.
  • Focusing on build the pharmaceutical sales pipeline.
  • Attending and participating in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows.
  • Developing meaningful, collaborative relationships and ensuring that DTC is aligned to the rest of the business.
  • Preparing supporting documentation for transactions (including external presentations, opportunity reports, management presentations, board memos and other deal communication materials)

What we are looking for:

  • At least 10 years of experience of business development within the healthcare/ life science sectors.
  • Strong existing network in the US health market
  • Typically, you work on $1m+ enterprise deals
  • Ability to deeply engage with biopharma professional networks.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills, this is your strong point
  • Excellent communication skills, this has to be one of your main strengths
  • Proficiency with Financial modelling and analysis
  • Passionate about helping people who live with chronic conditions and seeing the benefit of transforming their lives.
  • Personally interested in developments within AI and machine learning

This is a key hire for the team and the successful person will join a pioneering business which is led by ex Google and Apple executives who are transforming the health industry with their product.
