The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented senior hunter, a leader and someone who enjoys Business Development and is used to running the sales process from A to Z.

The Role

  • Continuously working to develop commercial strategies.
  • Sustaining competitive market intelligence to guide pricing strategies.
  • Centring on building the pharmaceutical sales pipeline.
  • Attending and participating in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows.

The Candidate

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience of business development within the healthcare/ life science sectors.
  • Usually, you work on $1m+ enterprise deals
  • Capability to profoundly engage with biopharma professional networks.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, this is your strong point
  • The role can be fully remote, with a slight preference on the candidate being based on the east coast due to the ET working hours.

The Package

Base salary range – $150,000 – $200,000

OTE $275,000 – $350,000
