UX Researcher, Remote

The Opportunity

Are you looking for an opportunity to use your curiosity and problem-solving skills to solve some of healthcare’s toughest challenges? If so, then we are looking for a UX Researcher to join one of the fastest-growing healthcare companies.

The Role

• You will take the lead on user-centred research during the product development process from innovation to delivery
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods including interviews, usability tests, surveys, contextual inquiry, concept tests and competitive analysis
• You will prioritize strategic questions and present actionable insights, working with the team to bring these to light
• Work in a team alongside the product team, communicating effectively to determine the findings and liaise with internal stakeholders to drive the research initiatives and mould the roadmap
• Generate foundational research artifacts

The Candidate

• Experience as a UX Researcher working in a product environment and working in Agile methodology that has delivered products and features
• Knowledge and understanding of driving research products throughout the product lifecycle, from start to finish, communicating effectively with excellent storytelling skills
• Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Present a portfolio of UX research, detailing your experience with emphasis on a strong understanding of user needs

Salary – $120,000 – $150,000 plus annual bonus, plus equity
