Urgent Care Practitioner

Background –

Menlo Park are working with a very forward-thinking and highly regarded independent PCN, looking to add another UCP to the team. They are looking for someone from either an ANP or Paramedic background and it is essential to be a prescriber. The PCN role would be to work across no more than three practices and see a mixture of practice based appointments as well as home visits and care home rounds. There are superb training and development opportunities available to further your career and qualifications.

Salary – £48,500 – £54,500 per annum DOE + NHS pension + 6 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays + Study Leave

Location – Stafford

The PCN –

• Very forward-thinking, independent PCN
• Extremely supportive of continued training and progression of staff

• Practices all close by

Your role –

• See acute, on the day, urgent appointments in practice
• Conduct home visits and care home rounds if necessary
• 10 minute appointments in practice
• Must be a prescriber
