Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack PHP, London Hybrid Working

The Opportunity

We have partnered with a telehealth company to help them find a senior software engineer. They operate a digital primary care clinic and pharmacy serving a whole host of issues connected to general practice. They have set themselves to assisting patients through their remote clinical journey. They need a software engineer to assist them in building a customer facing PHP they have in mind that is passionate about great new tech particularly open source.

The Role

Your job will be to develop software with the user in mind, collaborate wit the team to brainstorm and create new and exciting products for patients.

Success in the role will be:

• Working with the product management team and the other cross functional connections on the project to create new and exciting products.
• Delivering high quality testable and maintainable code
• Helping and mentoring others on the team.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate is required to have the following experience/qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a software engineer and building customer facing apps.
• Strong OOP or functional programming skills
• Experience in a full stack environment working with PHP

Salary: £60,000-£80,000

Our client is a California based Health Tech company that has chosen to bring more affordable and convenient care to as many patients as possible. Opening in 2013 and expanding across the US, they came to the UK in 2021.
