Senior Product Manager, United Kingdom / Hybrid

The Opportunity

We are looking for a commercially driven Product Manager with a passion for healthcare to join our clients expanding Product team.

The Role

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer you will co-lead with managers from design, engineering, content and developers to build a new product in the health and wellbeing space.

• Understand user needs and be responsible for developing the companies existing and future wellbeing platform. Translating this into an actionable roadmap.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders both technical and non-technical to deliver the objectives of the product.
• You will identify and measure the correct KPIs in order to monitor OKRs
• Work in collaboration with compliance and clinical specialists to recognise and monitor regulation, privacy and legal.

The Candidate

You will have at least 5 years experience of Product Management in a high growth tech environment and will be an advocate of agile methodologies. You will also have…

• Experience working with API solutions, configuration, customisation and integration ideally within a HealthTech organisation.
• A proven track record of impacting on Enterprise products within an International market.
• Have a technical background and be data-driven with the ability to offset product innovation and delivery.
• Excellent communication skills particularly when working remotely.
• Ability to make decisions informed by metrics using Goolgle Analytics, Excel, SQL and AB Testing.
• Extensive experience of end-to-end product delivery.
• Knowledge of UX design and experience working with wireframing tools.
• Passionate about the healthcare sector and creating products that simplify healthcare and improve lives.
• Fluent English, and additional European language ideally French or German is a plus.
