The Opportunity

We have been tasked by one of our client partners to locate a Senior Growth Marketing Manager. Our client has created a platform focused on improving the mental behavioural health outcomes of its users. The platform uses an evidence-based approach that delivers clinically proven to positively impact behaviour to assist with chronic disease management. Users are given access to AI-based coaching and digital therapeutic solutions when needed. Our client offers two solutions for its customers and users: DTx and care delivery solutions across the healthcare ecosystem. Currently the platform covers 20 million lives, supports 10 chronic conditions with more to come and functions in 10 languages.

The Role

The role itself is fully remote and it and success be determined by the successful development, implementation and optimization of the company’s Digital Therapeutics (DTx) growth and the acquisition of new users. Working cross functionally with the Product, Analytics, design and brand teams you’ll lead the charge to build and enhance digital campaigns through organic and paid channels, all the while improving performance to grow the company’s user base. The job will also require the successful management of advertisements on their platform from set-up to monitoring and optimization.

The Candidate

Applicants will require the following to be considered:

  • Proven experience in campaigns driving user acquisition in a D2C context.
  • A firm understanding of web analytics, A/B testing and data driven marketing
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing/ growth.

The package

  • Salary: $100,000-140,000

Our client have been in business since 2012 and have been improving the lives of patients through changing the healthcare ecosystems views on the value of mental and behavioural health outcomes, ultimately reducing costs to Hospital groups and enterprises. They are experiencing strong growth and are very well funded having secured Series D funding back in December 2021. They pride themselves on being a dynamic and collaborative place to work with offices in NY and Boston and are offering remote and hybrid set ups.
