The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high growth, well funded start-up in who are empowering innovators in Digital Health. This is a full time position and as an early on hire, has huge potential to grow as the business and your role expands. As Senior Account Executive you will have substantial impact on the company and their mission from day one. You will be responsible for building relationships, showcasing their platform and bringing on new customers. Customers range from 5 person start-up’s to multi-billion-dollar companies strategic relationships at senior levels across the digital health, partnerships, and investor space. Based in New York you can work fully remotely or there is an office in Midtown Manhattan and you’ll have the option to work in an office if you choose to.

The Role

You will report directly to the COO. You should have a strong technology background (ideally SaaS sales experience) background and lead with a culture of putting the customer at the centre, by offering a consultative approach to determine fit and building partnerships.

You will be required to:

  • Run a sales process from inbound leads to closed/won with customers in the digital health space
  • Conduct sales discovery calls/texts/emails and product demonstrations, working closely with engineering teams
  • Be the voice of the customer by providing feedback in order to continuously drive product innovations
  • Maintain and nurture a pipeline of inbound sales leads
  • Collaborate with customer success, marketing, customer support, product and sales engineers to solution customer needs

The Candidate

  • 2-4 years sales experience in account management, partnerships in B2B SaaS
  • Experience working I Digital Health is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to engage with senior executives and key decision makers
  • Experience working alongside cross-functional growth teams
  • Willingness to travel, and work remotely, as needed.
