Salaried GP with view to Partnership

This is an outstanding and unique opportunity to work as a Salaried GP (with potential view to Partnership) in an extremely well-run, proactive, training practice in the Rugby area. The practice seldom recruits, making this chance to join them a rare one.

The Practice looks after its Doctors and has genuinely prioritised their wellbeing, evidenced by the ratio of GPs:patients the Practice has. Workload is kept reasonable at 15 patients per session, with flexibility around session times and a daily lunchtime debrief between GPs too.

Salary – £10,000 – 10,500 per session + Indemnity paid + BMA contract + 7 weeks’ leave

Your role –

• 4 – 6 sessions per week
• Salaried GP or Salaried GP with a view to Partnership
• 15 patients per session
• Daily debrief between GPs
• Minimal home visit requirement (0-1 per day)
• Well-managed duty doctor day, only half a day at a time and finishing at 6pm
• No mandatory extended hours in place
