Salaried GP with view to Partnership

Background

Work as a salaried GP with a view to partnership in a dynamic training practice. Benefit from the support of a diverse clinical team including ANPs and practice nurses. This surgery is pioneering in its approach to patient care being one of the first in the country to bring point of care CRP testing to the practice and act as ambassadors for its success for other providers including out of hours. Their proactive approach to patient care also enabled them to identify over 500 new cases of Diabetes in the last 5 years, and their one-stop chronic disease clinic means fewer multiple visits for patients. This truly is a standout practice.

Salary

• £78,400 – £81,600 (FTE – Negotiable)

Your role

• 6 sessions per week (negotiable)
• 15-minute appointments
• Reasonable patient numbers circa 20 a day
• Low home visit ratio (0 – 1 a day)
• Newly Qualified GP welcome
• Daily catch up and coffee with colleagues
• Partnership opportunity (6 mths mutual assessment period)
