Background –

An outstanding opportunity to a highly-rated, very well-respected GP Training & Research Practice in a popular Plymouth suburb.
You will be joining a relatively small but incredibly close-knit team that has become an example to others in the area for their progressiveness and use of systems like Klinik.
Workload is very reasonable and well-managed, Duty is as GP-friendly as it could possibly get and home visits are minimal with the practice’s Paramedics doing the bulk of the few the practice receives.
Ever the social practice, you’ll meet for coffee every morning and once a week there is a lunchtime education meeting where GPs are encouraged to bring a topic of discussion each week.
The practice is a Tier 2 visa sponsor and for those looking to the future, joining with a view to Partnership is also an option.

Salary – £11,000 – £12,000 per session plus indemnity and BMA model contract

• Highly rated GP Training & Research Practice
• Dynamic Partners and Practice Manager
• Geared towards reducing GP workload
  • Directly employed clinical support team of Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Advanced Paramedic Practitioner, another Paramedic, Mental Health Practitioner and a Clinical Pharmacist
  • Robust workflow processes ensuring GPs are only seeing documents which require their actions
  • Pioneering users of Klinik Artificial Intelligence software to streamline patient contact
• Coffee break every morning
• Purpose-built premises with plenty of parking
• All GPs have their own room
• SystmOne

Your role –

• Salaried GP (view to Partnership available)
• 4 or more sessions per week
• 26 patients per day
  • 15-minute F2F appointments
• Morning coffee break
• Half day Duty only and non-patient facing
  • You will sit with reception allocating incoming Klinik requests
• No evenings or weekends
• Lots of opportunity to get involved with Research
