Background –

You will be joining a well thought of, well set up Training Practice in a pleasant suburb of Bournemouth.

The team are hard-working and passionate with a young and forward-thinking Partnership that have listened to their team when it comes to making necessary changes..

You will have just fourteen patient contacts per session, with ten of these being 15-minute appointments and the other four being 7.5-minute follow-ups.

You will also be able to batch your calls together and work from home one day per week with your next on-site day being more F2F focused.

Newly qualifying GPs and GPs requiring Tier 2 visa sponsorship are both very welcome and indeed encouraged to apply.

Salary – £11,000 per session plus indemnity and BMA contract

• Geared towards reducing GP workload
  • Excellent workflow processes keeping admin to a minimum – circa 10% of documents now reaching GPs
  • Protected follow-up slots providing continuity
  • Very clever yet simple Duty Doctor approach with three ‘lines of defence’ – 30 ACP appointments, then 16 Support Doctor appointments, then 16 Duty Doctor appointments as the last line and last resort, with the goal being to reserve the Duty Doctor for emergencies only

Your role –

  • Four 7.5-minute follow-up calls followed by ten 15-minute pre-booked appointments (mix of phone and F2F) – one of these ten is GP-book-only too
