Salaried GP (view to high-earning Partnership available)

Background –
You will be joining a quintessential rural Devon practice, offering the chance to practice modern medicine in a progressive setting but with traditional surroundings and a genuine community feel. Working alongside an incredibly personable and dynamic Partnership, you will enjoy the very best that being a GP has to offer, with balancing exceptional patient care whilst keeping work/life balance sustainable their primary focus.
The practice dispenses to around 60% of its patients and is very high-earning, with the Practice willing to offer a view to Partnership for the incoming GP.

Salary – £11,200 per session

Location – Crediton area, 30-40 minutes from Exeter

Your role –

• 4 or more sessions
• Optional view to Partnership
• Very reasonable workload
  • AM clinic
    • Triage until 10am
    • 4 x 15-minute F2F
    • 4 x 7.5-minute task slots
  • PM clinic
    • 4 x 15-minute phone calls
    • 1 x GP-book-only same-day
    • 4 x 15-minute F2F
    • 1 x GP-book-only same-day
• Coffee break every morning
• No evenings or weekends
• Minimal visits (typically one a day for the practice and done in turns)
• No dedicated Duty Doctor – Paramedic leads triage with support from GPs until 10am
