Here we have an opportunity for a Salaried GP to join a forward-thinking practice with a close-knit, happy team and a long-standing Partnership in the Haywards Heath area. The practice is highly supportive of career progression and development and is keen to give someone the opportunity to take on a role with a view to Partnership in the not-too-distant future.

The practice offers a very manageable workload, 15-minute appointments, a solid multi-disciplined team and no extended hours! It’s a great opportunity regardless of whether you’re experienced as a GP or just starting out after qualifying.

Salary – £93,000 – £95,000 + indemnity + NHS pension + 6 weeks’ annual leave + 1 week study leave

• Nice area very close to Haywards Heath
• Multi-disciplined team, including Practice Nurses, Clinical Pharmacist, ANP, et al.
• Very low number of home visits
• Highly supportive training practice, keen to aid pursuit of specialist interests
• Excellent QOF performances
• Close-knit team of clinicians, management and admin staff
• Lots of work done with local community; mental health, asylum seekers, diabetes and more

Your role –

• Salaried GP or Salaried GP with a view to Partnership
• 4 – 8 sessions per week
• Manageable workload of 27 patient contacts per day
• 15-minute appointments
• Mixture of telephone and face-to-face patient contacts
• Absolute minimum home visits
• AM or PM duty – never a full day
• No extended hours!
• Chance to pursue specialist interests
