The team meet every morning for a mid-session coffee break, promoting a work-life balance amongst current pressures. The Practice has been incredibly innovative in how they structure their day; GPs benefit from 15-minute appointments, along with no routine bloods and no routine home visits either.

Workload is below current averages at 12+2 patients per session, along with a strong financial offering and a comprehensive support structure too.

Salary

• £11,200 per session as a Salaried GP or high-earning Partnership drawings
• BMA model contract

Your role

• 6-8 sessions considered
