Salaried GP / GP wvt Partnership

An exciting opportunity to join an incredibly stable, team focused GP Training and Teaching practice based in the historic Greenwich area. Focused on being progressive and responding to the market and improving ways of working. Recently, reduced appointment numbers and increased appointment times. High performing practice, exceptionally well run and open to a Salaried GP or Salaried GP wvt Partnership.

Location – Greenwich

Your role –

• 4-6 sessions
• 12-minute appointments, 28 appointments per day
• Streamlined administration – 10 documents per day
• 1 session Duty Doctor per week for 6 session GPs, pro-rated for 4 sessions (controlled and capped)
• Extended hours once per week (all appointments included in the normal clinic numbers)
• Input into twice weekly Clinical Meetings

The surgery –

• Fantastic location, close to tube and train stations, close to the Thames
• Incredibly stable GP Partners (Between 4 and 20 years experience with the practice), and stable team of Salaried GPs (well-doctored surgery)
• 2 Clinical Meetings per week – continuous learning practice
• Large Pharmacy team, including a prescriber, others going through training to become prescribers
• Mixed patient base – very young demographic
• Very responsive and proactive to changing for the better
• Team focused learning environment, informal culture, highly organised
• EMIS Web practice
