Background

A brilliant opportunity to join a young and dynamic Partnership is currently available within this supportive and high achieving Training Practice based in first class premises in Leeds, easily commutable from a range of locations.

Workload is extremely manageable with just 15 patient contacts per session and where there is no requirement for either Duty Doctor or to be involved in home visiting if you are a salaried GP! They are imaginative in their structure and allow their Clinicians lots of flexibility with start and finish times to assist with outside commitments.

They are keen to ensure their clinicians have an interesting and varied workload and are currently looking to introduce a session to be dedicated to an area that really interests you! You’ll also be supported with daily 20 min clinical huddles, a weekly journal club and clinical meetings.

This a practice that take great care of their team and provide a truly supportive and inclusive working environment and where vacancies have only ever become available to retirement!

Salary – circa £82,800 – £120,000 + BMA contract + Indemnity paid + NHS pension + 7 weeks annual leave
