Salaried GP

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-respected GP Training practice based just outside Bournemouth. The practice is of a medium-size and has a stable group of GPs and a multi-disciplinary team including MSK Practitioner, Frailty Team, Outreach Sister, ANP and Paramedic.

The practice is highly supportive, loved by its patients and has shared coffee breaks in the morning and afternoon.

The practice is award-winning for its working pattern, one which affords the GP complete control over their day and who they see, when and for how long.
We have recruited GPs for this practice before, one of which is now a Partner, receiving very good feedback in the process.

Salary – £10,500 + BMA model contract + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave

Your role –

• Salaried GP
• 5 or more sessions
• Working with your own patients providing outstanding continuity of care
• Very non-onerous Duty set-up – more of a ‘go to’ clinician in absence of named GPs
• No home visits
• Twice daily coffee breaks with all doctors
