Salaried GP

You will be joining a high-earning, very tight-knit practice with a small, loyal team and a patient population that really resonates with its GP surgery.
The team are hard-working and passionate which has fostered a culture of support and flexibility, with the option of setting your own hours around the workload, as evidenced by examples like a 4pm finish on non-Duty days.
You will have just 12 appointments per session, with the day structured in a way that allows you ample time to complete your non-clinical and partnership responsibilities.

Salary – £10,750 – £11,250 per session

Your role –

• Salaried GP (possible options for Partnership)
• 4 or more sessions per week
  • 15 patients in the morning
  • 12 patients in the afternoon
• Self-generated admin only (all patients are registered to Partners)
• Minimal home visits
• No evenings or weekends
• ANP-led triage with Duty GP in support and more task-based than patient-facing
