Salaried GP

This is outstanding opportunity to join one of the most forward-thinking practices in the region as a Salaried GP, set in a popular part of Reading. As one of the most highly-regarded practices in the area by the ICB, the practice is always trying to be at the forefront of new developments and ways of working within primary care.

The surgery has a nice location in a lovely, leafy area of Reading. It has a mixed demographic, keeping every day interesting, ranging from babies and students right through to the local elderly population. With a long-standing team of clinicians, including an excellent ensemble of GPs, it’s fantastic position for a newly-qualified or a more experienced GP and even offers Tier 2 Visa sponsorship!

Salary – £10,800 – £12,000 per session + indemnity + 6 weeks’ leave + 1 week study

Location – Reading

The surgery –

• Circa 16,000 patients
• Excellent management and organisational structure

• Supportive of home-working where required
• Offer fantastic flexibility for late starts and early finishes!

Your role –

• 4-8 sessions per week
• Weekly admin session for QOF, DES, CES or speciality work
• Excellent working structure giving GP control and variety in equal measure
• No home visits most days
• Half-day Duty only
• No extended hours
• Work some sessions remotely
