Background

A wonderful opportunity for a Salaried GP, to join this large and very supportive Training Practice, where quality and innovation are at their core.

The practice appreciate that a varied workload keeps their team motivated, so they are extremely invested in their teams development having already supported 2 GPs to become accredited Trainers. They are committed in assisting others in expanding their specialist areas whatever they may be.

Keen on reinvigorating their processes to reduce workload the practice make sure everything is a streamlined as possible. They are currently involved in an exciting trial using robotic technology to process bloods and letters to further reduce workload, which is due to go live imminently.

You will be working amongst a large, diverse, multi skilled team who enjoy sharing ideas and collaborative working. They hold daily shared breaks where everyone comes together for either clinical or non- clinical sociable discussions and where everyone describes the practice as a genuinely lovely place to work.

You will also benefit from a reasonable workload just 15 contacts per session, when on duty just a half day and very few home visits. The practice can also be flexible around start and finish times to assist with out of work commitments.

Salary – £94.500 – £99,000 + paid CPD + Indemnity paid + NHS pension + 6 weeks annual leave + 1-week study leave
