Background –

We are recruiting for a high achieving practice who are completely dedicated to patient care. Always proactive rather than reactive. A practice that recognise the importance of staff development they are continually training and upskilling their team.

The practice have solid staff retention across the various teams with a good mix of skills.

Specialist interests are actively encouraged and the practice are happy to fund to further develop their team, with a solid track record of this! If Partnership is on your radar there is scope for this usually after just a 6 month period of assessment!

Salary – £90,000 – £94,500 per annum + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave + NHS pension
