Salaried GP

A return to streamlined, clinical working in a Practice that genuinely values work/life balance and the trials and tribulations of family-life away from work – never again will you miss the school play or sports day! The practice is of a medium-size, has a very stable group of GPs and a multi-disciplinary team which takes a lot of the weight off their shoulders.

The practice is highly supportive and has done a huge amount of work on making the GPs’ lives as comfortable as possible resulting in high staff retention.

The practice has embraced the changes enforced through Covid and now offers home-working as standard. 4-6 session GPs could expect a day from home per week with full-time GPs able to split their time 50/50 between home and the surgery.

Salary – to £11,000 per session + BMA model contract + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave

Your role –

• 4 or more sessions per week
• Routine sessions of just 13 patients per session
• No extended hours
• Virtually no home visits
• Duty Doctor is mostly non-patient facing – average of 7 patients per day
• Flexible start and finish times
