Lovely, affluent area near Edmonton in North London, with a strong Nursing and Multi-Disciplinary Team. Learning and development culture throughout the practice with regular clinical meetings and an open-door policy. Fantastic opportunity for a Newly Qualified GP looking to establish themselves in a Salaried post, or a more experienced GP who is looking for advancement.

Salary – £97,200 – £99,000 (FTE) + Indemnity paid + 6 weeks leave + 1-week study leave + NHS Pension

Location – Edmonton, North London

The surgery –

• Large, extremely proactive GP Training Practice with several GP Trainers
• Long-standing, stable GP Partnership with multiple special interests including GP Training
• Highly regarded locally by patients and other practices
• Highly involved with the ICB and PCN
• Learning and development focused, supportive culture with an open-door policy.
• Highly experienced Nursing team and Multi-Disciplinary Team
• Excellent staff retention
• Education meetings once per month with external speakers
• Weekly clinical meeting, formal practice meeting, plus Consultant led learning meeting once per month. EMIS Web practice

Your role –

• 4-8 sessions per week (6 would be ideal)
• 30 appointments per day with embargoed slots if needed
• Duty doctor – 1 session per week
• Coffee break every day and regular clinical, practice and consultant led meetings – contribution to meetings is encouraged
• Very low home visiting
• Progression is highly supported
