Here we have an opportunity for a Salaried GP to join a forward-thinking practice with a close-knit and passionate team, within a truly lovely practice environment just south-east of Royal Tunbridge Wells. The practice is very proud of the family-feel and friendly atmosphere they have built over time and offers some really unique opportunities for GPs. Looking after staff is of the highest priority here, so the admin team help to streamline your day immensely, along with a fantastic multi-disciplinary team in place to handle a great amount of clinical work. There are no duty clinics and minimal extended hours.

Salary – £10,000 – £11,000 per session + indemnity + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave

Location – South-East of Tunbridge Wells

The surgery

• Lovely village location in a really characterful building
• Multi-disciplined team, including Clinical Pharmacists, Paramedic, ANPs, et al.
• 10:00 coffee break for the whole team each day
• Highly organised admin team who help streamline GP workload massively!
• A very patient-centred approach to primary care
• Team walks on a lunchtime to stretch legs!

Your role –

• 4 – 8 sessions per week
• Telephone and face-to-face appointments
• No duty clinics!
• Maximum of one extended hours shift per month (often less than this)
• Minimal admin thanks to the dedicated admin team in place
• Fewer then few home visits! Paramedic deals with almost all of them when needed
