Salaried GP

You will be working for a practice which has made a number of genuinely considered and positive changes in recent years. A surgery that is forward-thinking and always looking at ways it can continue staff development.

Led by a dedicated, passionate and long-standing Partnership, you will be encouraged to develop your own ideas for the practice, with the prevailing attitude amongst the Partners being to always try things and see if they work!

You will benefit from a very manageable workload of 14 patients per session, no extended hours and the option of 15-minute appointments.

As a Training and Research practice, education and innovation are pillars of the surgery and GPs looking to get involved in either of these areas are heavily encouraged to do so, likewise for other areas of interest you may have. They are also Tier 2 Visa sponsoring!

Salary – £11,000 – £11,500 per session + indemnity + 7 weeks annual leave +

Your Role –

• Salaried GP, view to Partnership available
• 4 or more sessions per week
• Incentive payments for taking on more responsibilities
• Only 1 session of Duty per week which is solely picking up any overflow
• Max 14 patients per session, less if e-consults do not require further appointment
• Encouragement to specialise in extra areas of interest
