Background –

We are recruiting a salaried GP for a keen, dynamic young partnership who describe themselves as an agile organisation with an excellent team working ethos. This is a supportive environment in which to develop your skills and engage with a wide range of services and specialist internal referral points.

This practice recognise the world of Primary Care is ever changing and are embracing of new technology and where everyone attends teaching sessions to share learning and best practice. You’ll enjoy working with a diverse clinical team; open to new ideas on how to take the practice forward. This dedicated team are totally focused in providing the best possible outcome to patients, whilst fostering a vibrant and energetic working atmosphere where daily shared huddles are vitally important to everyone.

They have a well vetted and well-structured approach to the working day with a max of 27 patient contacts per session with 15 minute appointments. Home visits on a routine day are by exception and duty requirement is just once every 2 weeks and capped at a max of 24 patients to ensure this never borders on unsafe levels.

Salary – £40,924 – £92,079 per annum + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave + NHS pension

Location – Upper Calder Valley – parking on-site for GP
