Salaried GP

Background

An opportunity has arisen for a salaried GP at an established single-site practice in Leeds. The practice is set-up to address the demands placed on modern primary care and believe in working smarter, not harder and are always happy to listen to ideas.

The premises are first-rate and house a number of Allied Health professionals, including Pharmacy and Physiotherapy. There are theatre grade suites for performing Minor Surgery and Endoscopy.

In addition to a strong clinical team, the practice is led by a proactive management team that have worked hard to introduce innovative measures, that make your work day more efficient.

You will be fully supported in your career development should you wish to expand an area of specialism or take on lead responsibilities within the practice.

Salary

• £10, 500 – £11,000 per session
• Payment of indemnity

• Regular Clinical meetings for both GPs and Nurses

Your role

• Up to 4 – 8 sessions per week
• Low home visit ratio- mostly done by ANPs, within a tight geographical radius
• Innovative measures to significantly reduce paperwork
• Opportunity to develop special areas of interest
