This is an opportunity for a Salaried GP to join a fantastic teaching practice in Aberdeen. They are on a journey and want a Salaried GP to play a role in the future of the service and be part of a wider team, who are agile, innovative, and future focused.

The post holder will provide professional and clinical care in order to ensure the safe, effective and compliant delivery of services to all patients. They will work within the multi-disciplinary Team at the practice, practicing high-quality, evidence-based medicine and will provide representation at regular site meetings in order to share best practice and provide peer support to others within their NHS Services.

Salary/Income:

• Annual salary of £85,000 to £90,000 FTE

Your Role

• 15 minutes Appointments
• To protect our staff and improve quality of care they limit formal patient contacts to a maximum of 27 contacts per day
• You will have protected break time and clinical administrative time rota’d into your day
• Their centralised clinical administration team and medical secretaries support with workload
• Their innovative clinical model focuses on promoting wellbeing, personalised planned care and timely access to care for patients
