Salaried GP

Background

A superb opportunity to join a supportive, personable, and respectful team in a highly organised practice. A prominent practice within the PCN, which affords them a broad MDT, including several Pharmacists, Health & Wellbeing Coaches and First Contact Practitioners, as well as heavily managed extended access cover. Regular Clinical and Practice meetings, breaks for coffee mid-session. The practice closes at lunch time to allow time for further practice improvement and learning time.

Location – Hendon, NW4

Your role –

• 4-7 sessions
• Manageable workload – 30-32 appointments per day (majority f2f)
• On-call once per week
• Extended hours – covered by the PCN
• Heavily supported by a broad MDT including practice employed Pharmacist + PCN MDT – team of Pharmacists, First Contact Practitioner, Social Prescribers and Health & Wellbeing Coaches
• Supported by a strong team of administrators, minimal admin workload
• Supported by Clinical Pharmacist, heavily reduced prescription workload
• Regular meetings – clinical / practice / informal / breaks for coffee
