Salaried GP

Background –

Growing practice in Southall seeks new Salaried GP. This is a teaching practice which trains medical students and is soon to be a Full GP Training Practice. Heavily compliant with CCG with only ‘good’ scores. The surgery is looking at new ways to service patient demand and is actively involved in the CCG.

Salary – £90,000 + Indemnity + NHS Pension + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave

Location – Southall

The surgery –

• Teaching practice (medical students)
• Soon to be full GP Training practice
• Involved in CCG
• Team of permanent GPs, Nurses and Pharmacist
• Good and outstanding across the board with CQC
• Shared decision-making approach and welcomes ideas
• SystmOne Clinical System

Your role –

• Salaried GP
• 4-6 sessions per week
• Reasonable and well thought-out workload
  • Combination of telephone calls & face-to-face appts in the morning
  • 16 patients in the afternoon
• Low home visiting
