Here we have an opportunity with a really forward-thinking and highly supportive training practice in the Gillingham area. With real plans to develop and progress into the future, the role offers a very manageable workload of 28 patients per day with ample dedicated admin time. The surgery is incredibly flexible around days and sessions, with minimal home-visits and only one session of duty per week in either the morning or afternoon – never a full day! There are no extended hours and the streamlined admin setup helps to reduce workload massively! Offering up to £11,000 per session depending on experience, this is a great role for someone who wants to be involved in an exciting practice with a vision for the future!

Salary – £10,000 – £11,000 per session + BMA model + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave

The surgery

• Very mixed demographic within the practice
• Multi-disciplined team; ANPs, Practice Nurses, Paramedics, FCPs, Pharmacists and more!
• Latest technology with EMIS, Docman, AccuRX and E-consult
• Organised admin team, including secretaries who deal with GP’s letters
• High QOF achievers and CQC Good
• Highly supportive training practice
• Lots of aspirations for development and progression as a practice

Your role –

• Salaried GP, 4 – 8 sessions per week
• Manageable workload of 28 patient contacts per day
• Dedicated admin time at the end of each session
• Almost no home visits, Paramedics take care of most of them
• Only one session of duty per week
• No extended hours
