Salaried GP

Background –

A superb opportunity for a part or full-time Salaried GP to join this large, popular Training Practice in the Christchurch area.

The attitude is entirely geared towards team working and being multi-functional within their structure, supporting others as much as you are supported yourselves. This has also fostered a healthy social atmosphere with regular get togethers outside of work as well as throughout the day.

The practice has made a number of very positive changes recent after seeking feedback from their Salaried GPs – demonstrating their commitment to work/life balance and ensuring all of their team have a voice.

You’ll have a maximum of 30 patient contacts and with a protected admin session for all GPs, you’ll be able to offer all of your patients 15-minute appointments with the increased time the admin session frees up.

Salary – £10,750 per session + indemnity + BMA contract

Your role –

• Salaried GP with optional view to Partnership
• Full or part-time, minimum 4 sessions
• Coffee break in both AM and PM sessions – protected time
• No Duty Doctor – replaced by a non-patient facing admin-based role
• 15-minute appointments (60:40 in favour of F2F)
• Protected admin session every week – can be worked from home
• No extended hours or enhanced access requirement
