Salaried GP

Background –
An excellent opportunity for an experienced or newly qualifying GP to join a genuinely innovative and forward-thinking Practice who have gone from strength to strength in recent years. As a Training Practice, there is a developed culture of education and career progression, with specialist interests encouraged and GPs empowered to take on areas of responsibility if desired. Enjoy a fair and reasonable workload with no Duty Doctor requirement (instead this has been replaced by an Urgent Care Hub) and bi-monthly shutdowns for education afternoons.
We have placed numerous GPs with this practice over the years, receiving excellent feedback in the process with all still in post, so you can be confident this is a great team to join.

Salary – £10,500 – £10,700 per session + indemnity paid + BMA model + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave

Golden Hello – £10,000 (minimum 5 sessions to qualify for the full amount, otherwise £2,000 per session)

• GP Training Practice
• Support from Admin, Secretarial, Docman and Prescription hubs
• Member of OneCare Consortium
• Bi-monthly education afternoons – protected time
• High QOF achieving
• Emis Web Clinical System
• Excellent feedback from GPs

Your role –

• Salaried GP post
• 4 or more sessions
• 15-minute appointments
• Virtually no home visits
• Participation in weekly clinical, MDT meetings and regular hour-long mentorship meetings with assigned mentor
• Flexibility around start and finish times
• Option to work a session/day from home
