A wonderful opportunity has arisen to work as a Salaried GP in a values driven practice that has one of the the highest ratings for patient satisfaction nationally! Where the positive culture is one of the many reasons they are able to attract, recruit and train a great team of skilled Clinicians and where they put lots of effort into improving and adapting.

The service is altruistic, well informed and do lots of evidenced based work and are attached to senior management team which have a data analyst function meaning they can adapt and better engage, to do what’s best for the community they serve.

They promote sensible job planning for balance, with just 14 patients contacts in the morning and 13 in the afternoon, whilst also offering their GPs an admin session and paid CPD time!

For an interested and committed GPs this is a great service to work for, they actively encourage portfolio careers as they recognise this is what keeps GPs happy and engaged.

Sessional rate – £10,000 – £11,626 per session dependent on experience

Location – Clowne
