Background

An excellent opportunity to join a highly organised, supportive GP Training Practice. Large practice with a Partnership of 4, who encourage a flexible working environment for GPs based on how they work. For example, they offer 10 or 15 minute appointments at GPs discretion, as well as stagger starting and finishing times to suit.

Location – Battersea

Your role –

• 4-8 sessions.
• Lighter than average clinical workload – 28 appointments at 10-15-minute appointments.
• Daily coffee meeting.
• Participation in Clinical and Practice meetings where applicable.
• Mentor and work with a Buddy day-to-day.
• Involvement in the innovative on-call system – workload controlled.

The surgery –

• Very close to Battersea Park – great location, building and with parking.
• Stable GP Partnership of 4 each with special interests.
• Very active within a very cohesive PCN – one of the Partners has a senior lead role with the PCN.
• Work-life balance focused with flexible appointment times and flexible start / finish times.
• Young, mixed patient base.
• Large and varied multi-disciplinary team.
• Innovative approach to managing changes from NHS England.
• EMIS Web practice.
