Background –

We are appointing for a practice with a rich history; this is a long-standing family practice, with a respectful, nurturing, non-hierarchical culture. This friendly, close-knit team are looking to welcome a new Salaried GP to work between 5 and 7 sessions, and for 6 sessions or more, a non-clinical session can be included. The practice is part of a highly collaborative PCN, and they benefit from a multi-disciplinary team, additionally to their practice employed Clinical Pharmacist and exceptional Nursing team.

Salary – £10,000-£11,000 per session (experience dependent) + BMA model contract + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave

Location – Hanwell / Southall

Long standing GP Partners and GPs
Mixed patient demographic, exciting pathology
Passionate about quality and continuity of patient care
Organized practice, which allows generous non-clinical time
Realistic clinical workload

Your role –

Salaried GP post
Very reasonable clinical work-load
5-7 sessions
A non-clinical session offered for 6 sessions +
16 patients per session
Minimal home visits – patients well primed to come into the practice
No Extended Hours
No duty doctor – total triage system
