Salaried GP

Background –

You will be joining a high-profile, very well thought of Training Practice that is a real centre for education with its numerous GP Trainers welcoming Registrars, FY2s and Medical Students, the latter of which recently voted the practice the best GP placement for the school.
The practice is very forward-thinking, evidenced by the reason for their current recruitment drive – adding more GP sessions to bring the workload down to just 12 appointments per surgery with full-time GPs holding an unrivalled list number of less than 1,500 patients.
You will benefit from a monthly CPD session, another rarity, as well as an incredible 1.5 hours protected mentor time each every fortnight, with the Partners clearly very conscientious when it comes to staff welfare and development.

Salary – £10,500 – £11,000 per session plus indemnity and NHS Pension

Your role –

• Salaried GP
• 4 or more sessions
• Just 12 patients per session with 10 and 15 minutes available
• Only one Duty day a fortnight
• Flexible start and finish times
• Coffee break every morning
• Monthly CPD session
• 30 minutes of protected time a fortnight with your mentor as well as an hour of protected preparation time
