Salaried GP

This great Training Practice situated in a village location on the outskirts of Bradford have a really welcoming, and supportive team, where hard work is recognised and at the centre of what they do but are keen to ensure work is fun and enjoyable. You’d be joining a very sociable and cohesive group, where weekly clinical meetings are important and where they make the effort to eat lunch together regularly.

Encouraging of developing GP interests, they have previously supported many of their team to gain various accreditations and are committed to continue doing this moving forward. They will also honour additional study/cpd to dedicate to your specialist interest. If Partnership is on your radar this can be explored after a 6 month period of mutual assessment

You will be supported by a varied MDT and excellent Pharmacy support. The practice understand the need for a sustainable and sensible workload, the working day starts at 9am and where all face to face consultations are 15 minutes! The on-call requirement in generally just a morning or an afternoon and where you will be supported by the GP Registrars.

A practice well versed in supporting newly qualified GPs you would be be given a GP mentor, a solid timetabled induction and a gradually increased workload if required, as you gain confidence. The practice also a hold a TIER 2 licence.

Salary – £ 99,000 + 6 weeks annual leave + 1-week study
