Background

This practice have a great team of Young and dynamic GPs who work alongside a really diverse MDT

Including 2 Physician associates who deal with the majority of home visiting (unless end of life care) and where duty day is also worked collaboratively with one of the Physician Associates for support.

The practice is soon to introduce the roles of ‘GP Assistants’ saving valuable GP time supporting doctors in the smooth running of their surgery by handling the routine administration enabling the GP to focus on the patient.

Encouraging of developing GP interests they are currently supporting one of their GPs in gaining their Trainers accreditation.

The practice understand the need for a sustainable and sensible workload so you will be expected to have just 13 patient contacts in the morning session and just 8 in the afternoon where all appointments are 15 minutes!

Salary – £ 90,000 + 6 weeks annual leave + 1-week study
