Salaried GP

Background –

You will be joining a small but successful Training Practice in a pleasant area just south of Bath.

The Partnership is very stable and long-standing and works very cohesively to support it’s team of Salaried GPs and Allied Health.

The set-up is entirely geared towards making the GPs lives easier, with a culture of team-working, mutual support and work/life balance of paramount importance to the Partners and the management team.

Ever the forward-thinking practice, there are definitely realistic prospects for Partnership in the near future.

Salary – £10,000 per session plus indemnity

Location – Midsomer Norton area

The surgery –

• Tight-knit Training Practice in pleasant setting
• Mixed demographic with no extremes either way
• Geared towards reducing GP workload
  • Workflow soon to be outsourced – reports already done by this service
  • Half-day Duty only
  • Home-visiting service
• Stable team of Partners
• Well-maintained premises that are fit for purpose
• Very proactive within their PCN
• CQC Good

Your role –

• Salaried GP (with optional Partnership prospects)
• 4 or more sessions per week
• Fair and reasonable workload with mixture of same-day and pre-bookable
• Hour of admin time per session
• 00 meeting every day – a practice institution
• Half-day Duty only
• Virtually no home visits
• No extended hours
