Salaried GP

Background

The practice is very organised, so workflow is efficient and patient numbers are below average (27 per day!). Benefit from perks such as a 30-minute paid coffee break every morning, 7 weeks’ annual leave (plus a week of study!), GMC fees paid by the practice, no visits, up to £11,500 per session.

Salary

• Circa £10,500 – £11,500 per session (or high-earning Partnership) + 8 weeks’ leave + GMC fees + Indemnity

Your role

• Salaried GP – potential for Partnership moving forwards
• 4-8 sessions per week
• Only 27 patients per day (including face to face slots)
• 30-minute coffee break every morning, chance to catch up with colleagues
• Generous duty doctor rota – 0.5 days every 2 weeks
• Virtually no home visits
• Opportunity to undertake GPwSI sessions if desired
• Be out of the door by 5pm on a normal day!
