Salaried GP

Background

We are recruiting a 4-8 session Salaried GP/GP Partner for a high performing practice that is heavily embedded in the local community with a well-established, diverse and inclusive team who work collaboratively to fully support each other.

The practice constantly review how they work to relieve GP pressure so employ a full time ACP, full time Pharmacist and have just signed up to Physician Associate mentoring scheme taking 1^st and 2^nd years students as of October. You will benefit from just 15 patient contacts per session with 2 x 15 minute ‘comfort breaks’ per session, allowing for catch up if needed, along with daily 30-minute peer reviews/coffee break. The practice has recently revaluated their data processing and have streamlined this significantly to reduce letters seen by GPs by a huge 90%!

Salary – up to £94,500 + BMA model contract + Indemnity paid + NHS pension

Your role

• 4 – 8 sessions per week

• No weekends or OOH
