Salaried GP

A highly regarded, and incredibly forward-thinking Training and Teaching practice based in Redditch. The practice has actively tried to be forward-thinking and stay ahead of the curve within the NHS, employing multiple Clinical Pharmacists directly alongside an extensive MDT to support their GPs.

As a Salaried GP in this practice, you’ll benefit from a reasonable workload, a daily paid coffee break along with weekly CPD (or be paid for this generously). The Practice is also an approved Tier 2 sponsor also.

Salary

• £9,600 – £10,400 per session + 7 weeks’ leave + BMA Model contract + NHS Pension

• Specialist interests welcomed and encouraged – particularly Minor Surgery, Joint Injections or Dermatology!

Your role

• 4-8 sessions per week as a Salaried GP
• Weekly CPD time or an extra £800 per session!
• Reasonable clinical workload of 31 patients/day
• Minimal home visits
• Lots of contact with colleagues, including a paid morning coffee break
• Opportunity for flexible start times
• No extended hours
