Salaried GP

Background –

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Salaried GP or a Salaried GP with a view to Partnership for a well-managed GP Practice. This Teaching Practice has in place great support mechanisms and a great, stable team of GPs as well as fantastic support from a large and well organised Multi-Disciplinary Team. With Fantastic staff retention and a focus on further training and support provided to their clinical staff, this Practice would be the perfect practice for a Salaried GP looking for a new post for the long term.

Salary – £10,000 – £10,500 per session + indemnity cover + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave + NHS Pension

Location – Rustington area

• Teaching Practice
• Fantastic purpose-built practice
• Excellent multi-disciplinary team including ANPs, Pharmacists, Physician Associates and Paramedics
• Realistic clinical workload with catch up slots for admin
• Strong management structure
• Technology-savvy
• Excellent workflow and data team to support GPs
• Newly qualified GPs welcomed

Your role –

• Salaried GP or Salaried GP wvt Partnership
• 4 – 8 sessions per week
• 25 to 30 patient contacts per day
• Nearly 0 home visits
• Using System One & Arden templates as well as AccuRX
