Background

A genuinely rare and exciting opportunity to join an incredibly stable GP Partnership and GP team in this mid-sized practice. The surgery is very patient-centric with a quality-not-quantity approach. GPs work to 15-minute appointments and benefit from high levels of admin support, minimising non-clinical work.

Location – Southwark

Your role –

• 4-6 sessions
• Streamlined administration – outsourced
• 15-minute GP appointments
• Controlled Duty Doctor session (1 per week / 2 weeks)
• No extended hours – all done by Multi-Disciplinary team
• Great opportunity to do additional Out-of-Hours work and develop portfolio career through the Federation and the highly active PCN
• No Extended Hours requirement
• Regular meetings – formal and informal

The surgery –

• Fantastic location, close to tube and train stations (parking also available)
• Incredibly stable GP Partners (10 years+ experience with the practice) and Salaried GPs
• Pharmacist
• Osteopath
• Social Prescribers
• Expanding MDT
• Mixed patient base
• Workload is regularly reviewed and managed, document management highly controlled
• EMIS Web practice
