Salaried GP

A rare opportunity has arisen to join a very well-established Partnership situated in Bradford but close to the Huddersfield border. The practice retains employees well and where GPs chose to stay for the duration of their careers with this vacancy available due to the imminent retirement of one of the Partners. Strong advocates of employee wellbeing, fostering a resilient culture of work-life balance and effective staff engagement.

The practice have recently restructured their sessions to promote sensible job planning so currently GPs have just 13 patient contacts in the morning session and only 12 in the afternoon, with 2 set 20 minute breaks and an hours lunch.

They have a long-standing and diverse team of clinicians, including GPs, ANP/Community Matron specialist nurses qualified in diabetic and respiratory care and women’s Health Management, ACP and practice employed Pharmacists

The role is for a 6 session GP, with 4 sessions to be worked in practice with 2 to be worked remotely.

Initially for a Salaried Doctor but with realistic potential to progress to Partner if desired.

Salary – £99,000 per annum + NHS pension + 6 weeks annual leave + BH + study leave

Location – Bradford (close to Huddersfield)
